Beijing Shengda Weiye Profile Bending Factory/Tianjin Shengda Hongye Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading profile cold bending enterprise in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, boasting strong processing capabilities and a high level of professionalism. As early as 2012, it obtained GB/T19001-202016/ISO9001:2015 Profile Bending Quality Management System certification.

The company covers an area of over 10,000 square meters and possesses 15 various profile bending machines (with a maximum tensile force of 100 tons), two large-size calibration platforms (3m×6m) and eight (2m×4m), along with various tooling, fixtures, and measuring instruments. In early 2021, it purchased one advanced 60-ton CNC profile bending machine and one CNC pipe bending machine, enabling the company to achieve a leapfrog improvement in processing quality and efficiency.

The company boasts strong technical capabilities in bending, employing 2 senior engineers, 8 senior technicians, and over 50 skilled workers. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, it has accumulated rich processing expertise. Its foreign trade bending market covers more than 30 countries, including Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Germany, the United States, France, Italy, India, and the United Kingdom.

1. Industrial Material Processing Workshop: With over 20 years of experience in the bending industry. For clients with high product quality requirements, we can manufacture curved profiles according to samples and drawings, truly providing customized and precision machining services. Examples include industrial automation transmission rails, curved beams for railway passenger car roofs, window pillars, door pillars, etc.

II. Building Material Processing Workshop: We specialize in custom-made high-end materials and complex cross-section profiles. For clients with high requirements for product shape and position accuracy (such as unitized curtain walls, which use profiles with large dimensions, complex cross-sections, and are difficult to bend, requiring tight fit between each curved profile), our professionals design and manufacture specialized tooling and fixtures. Even the most complex and delicate profiles can be processed.

III. Special Profile Processing Workshop: For clients with even more demanding product quality requirements, we provide professional CNC and digital precision bending services. Processed products are widely used in the defense industry, automotive industry, medical device industry, fine chemical industry, and other sectors.

IV. Automotive Bending Material Processing Workshop: During the production process, we utilize intelligent testing equipment and highly automated calibration machinery to ensure the dimensional accuracy of workpieces. We have successfully manufactured qualified crash beams and a series of special window frames, among other products. We strictly adhere to quality control standards, conducting rigorous inspections and tests at every stage to ensure that every crash beam meets high-quality standards.
